AuMetals Tech Limited ("we", "our", or "us") operates the AuMetals Tracker mobile application (the "App") and the website at https://aumetals.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Service.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
AuMetals Tracker is designed as an informational application. We do not require account registration, and we do not collect any of the following:
- Personally identifiable information (name, email, address, phone)
- Government identifiers (passport, ID, tax numbers)
- Financial account information (bank, credit card, wallet addresses)
- Health, biometric, or location data
- Contacts, calendar, or photo library content
2. Information Automatically Collected
When you access our Service, our hosting provider (Cloudflare, Inc.) may automatically log standard request metadata such as IP address, user-agent, request timestamp, and URL path. This information is used solely for security, abuse prevention and infrastructure operation, and is retained for no longer than 30 days.
3. Local Storage
The App may store small preference values (for example, currency unit, theme choice) in your device's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Cloudflare for content delivery and DDoS protection. Cloudflare's privacy practices are described at https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/. We do not embed advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or social-media tracking pixels.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not target children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
